Handson production support experience on insurance platforms (EIS preferred, not must have), should have technical skills of Java, Springboot, Kafka Candidates without EIS experience are acceptable if they have supported other core insurance platforms (PAS claims billing) and have insurance domain knowledge
Understanding of insurance business processes (policy lifecycle, endorsements, billing, claims, etc.).
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Nice to have skills
Prior experience supporting EIS platform in production.
Experience working in regulated insurance environments.

Provide day to day production support for insurance platform applications. Coordinate with third party vendors EIS for incident resolution.
