ClearBridge Technology Group is a national technology services provider founded in 2005 specializing in business and IT consulting, Staffing, and Professional Services Support. ClearBridge services clients in the Financial, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Technology, and Government sectors. We offer a wide range of IT solutions, including Virtualization, Data Storage, Backup and Recovery, Systems and Network Infrastructure, Information Security, Application Development/Integration and Process and Compliance Consulting. 

Position Description:

Due to explosive growth, ClearBridge Technology Group is looking for an IT Technical Recruiter (Agency). The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience of IT recruiting experience delivering Contact-based IT consultants to clients. We have a rapidly expanding and deep active client list across many of the Fortune 500.

The Recruiter will work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/wk in our Billerica, MA office) and will be responsible for the full- lifecycle IT recruitment process for contract project roles; ensuring that client targets, deadlines and expectations are met.

Detailed responsibilities will include: identifying qualified candidates for cleared and non-cleared IT

roles, conducting candidate interviews, owning candidate experience through the interview lifecycle, negotiating/presenting offers and maintaining relationships with our team of consultants.

Required Skills:

  • 3 or more years of IT technical recruiting experience
  • MUST HAVE: 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
  • Ability to discuss a consultant’s technical background with them and understand what they are saying
  • Ability to understand availability of resources and how we can fit them in the current pipeline
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written skills and ability to take detailed notes during technical conversations with consultants into a CRM system (type and talk while holding a conversation)
  • Experience using CRM systems, computer applications and creating Boolean searches
  • Succeed in a fast-paced environment and experienced juggling and delivering on multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.


Salary: $55K-$65K + uncapped commission/bonus variables

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
