Technology Administrator
Our Acheson-based Client is searching for a Technology Administrator who is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Client's technology operations, ensuring employees have the equipment, mobile devices, system access, and technology resources required to perform their roles effectively.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Provide employees with technology and system access before their first day
  • Accurately track technology assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate hardware procurement and deployment efficiently
  • Administer mobile devices and telecommunications services accurately
  • Maintain current and organized technology documentation
  • Keep equipment inventories accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate technology purchasing and vendor relationships with minimal delays
  • Complete routine technology administration efficiently, allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives
  • Deliver a consistent, standardized technology experience across the organization
Your strengths include:
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in technology administration, IT coordination, office technology support, or a related role
  • Experience managing technology assets and hardware inventories
  • Experience administering mobile devices and telecommunications services
  • Experience coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with managed IT service providers is considered an asset
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related industry is considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
