Operational Excellence & Support
  • Oversee complex operational troubleshooting and system optimization for core HR processes. Act as the point of escalation for complex functional issues before they are moved to OIT .
  • Partner with OIT / EAS throughout User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) and post-implementation reviews to validate business requirements, assess system functionality, and ensure technology solutions deliver the intended operational outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships, navigate complexity, and turn ideas into practical solutions that move HR initiatives forward. If you are a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys bringing people, processes, and technology together to make complex work more manageable, we invite you to apply.
