The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Brandon, and Land O' Lakes, FL is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech to join us full-time. If you have a few years of hands-on experience under your belt and are ready to reach the next level while enjoying one of the best compensation plans in the area, keep reading to learn more!

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
  • 5+ years of experience - preferred and eligible for a signing bonus
  • NATE certification - preferred
  • "Service MVP" experience - preferred

Your Day:

  • Driving to assigned locations, showing up on time, and providing professional customer service to the client
  • Inspecting commercial heating and air conditioning systems and accurately diagnosing the source of any problems
  • Performing high-quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades and replacements as appropriate

COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH PAY AND PERKS:

Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000/year! If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience. That's on top of our terrific benefits package, which includes:
