We Pay You to Learn (Seriously)
Your first 30 days are paid training at $25/hour. No commission pressure while you're learning. No sink-or-swim.
During training, you'll learn the SVG Phoenix Process - our step-by-step playbook covering:
  • How to meet a customer and immediately make them comfortable
  • How to present numbers transparently (no games)
  • How to walk someone through their purchase options without pressure
  • How to deliver a vehicle so the customer actually enjoys the experience

You'll practice through role-playing, get real coaching, and yes - you'll be recorded so you can watch yourself improve. Once you've nailed the process, you make it yours. Your personality. Your style. Our framework.
What This Job Actually Pays
