Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales for Conrep ATS, a recruitment automation platform designed for staffing and recruiting companies. This role will focus on the USA market, engaging with staffing agencies and recruitment firms to demonstrate the value of Conrep and convert prospects into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and consultative selling skills, experience working with US-based clients, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the USA staffing and recruitment market
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Conrep ATS to potential clients
  • Engage with decision-makers such as Recruitment Managers, Account Managers, and Business Owners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and product demo to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Use email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update opportunities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Skills: Strong experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, product demonstrations, lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation and deal closure, CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, pipeline management, and excellent communication skills while working with US clients.
Qualifications:
