Corporate Controller
Our client is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead finance and accounting operations across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for an experienced financial leader who excels at driving operational excellence, strengthening internal controls, partnering with executive leadership, and leading teams through growth and systems transformation in a manufacturing-focused environment.

This role is on-site in Beaverton, Oregon.

Corporate Controller Responsibilities

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting, month-end close, and oversight of accounting operations across multiple business entities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business guidance.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee banking relationships, financial reporting, external audits, tax coordination, and lender reporting.
  • Lead finance systems initiatives, including ERP implementation or optimization, while mentoring and developing high-performing accounting teams.

Corporate Controller Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing financial consolidations, multi-entity accounting, and divisional controller oversight.
  • Strong manufacturing accounting experience, including bill of materials (BOM), work-in-process (WIP), inventory, and cost accounting.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and executive partnership skills.

Salary: $180K-$200K + Bonus. (DOE)
