Responsibilities:
- Schedule clients and caregivers shifts and manage each client calendar
- Coordinate with clients and caregivers to ensure timely and accurate scheduling
- Utilize medical scheduling software (such as WellSky or Sandata) to input and update client and caregiver information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

- Process timesheets into software
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the office

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and receptionist duties is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficient in technology
- Experience with medical scheduling software (such as WellSky or Sandata) is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers
