Job description

Play & Grow Learning Center is looking to expand their leadership team and is looking for an experienced Childcare Teacher, Assistant Director, or Director that is looking to take on a leadership role with us. This position will start as a Director in Training with the goal of taking on a Director, or Assistant Director position. The chosen candidate can expect to start off as a Lead Teacher in a classroom to get a good understanding of Play & Grow. This will also give us an idea if the candidate is a good fit for a leadership position. This person must have multiple years experience in childcare. Must also have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood, or a Bachelors Degree in Education or in a similar field. This person must have the ability and willingness to train staff and lead training sessions and must have the ability to motivate a staff. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is willing to take their passion for childcare and develop a teaching staff as well as assisting in the operations of a large childcare center.
