TDC often stands for 'Technical Data Coordinators' in various industries, especially engineering, construction, and manufacturing. TDCs are responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing technical documents and drawings throughout a project lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information. They help maintain document control systems, follow up on document submissions, and ensure compliance with project standards. Their work is essential for efficient project communication and quality control.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Technical Data Coordinator (TDC), and why are they important?

To thrive as a Technical Data Coordinator (TDC), you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in data management or a related field, often supported by a relevant degree. Proficiency with database systems, spreadsheet software (like Microsoft Excel), and data analysis tools is typically required, and certifications in data management or IT systems can be advantageous. Job description

Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers
  • PAY THAT PERFORMS - Earn up to $93,200+ per year*
  • NO TOUCH. ALL DRIVE. - 100% no-touch freight, no forced dispatch
  • HOME TIME THAT WORKS - Weekly home time with flexible scheduling
Why Drive for TDC?

Transport Distribution Company (TDC) is a 136-truck, family-oriented OTR carrier based in Joplin, MO - and we're built differently. As a wholly owned subsidiary of PTL, we give drivers the best of both worlds: the personalized culture and individualized support of a small carrier, backed by the stability and benefits of a large organization. Our own dispatch, our own culture, our own way of doing things - with resources most small carriers can't match.

If you want to feel like more than a number while still running a strong OTR book of freight, TDC is where that balance exists.

CDL-A Company Driver Overview
  • Top pay that rewards the miles. Earn up to $93,200+ annually, with base pay ranging from $0.55-$0.62 CPM based on experience.* Drivers average 2,000-2,600 miles per week, paid on practical miles loaded and empty.
  • Bonuses that stack on top of base. Weekly performance bonuses add up to $0.07 CPM, plus clean DOT inspection bonuses, detention, layover, breakdown, extra stop, and tarping pay - all building on your base earnings.*
  • Flexible home time you can plan around. Get home every weekend on a 5.5-days-on schedule, with occasional required Saturday freight. Want to earn more? Stay out 7 days and come home for a 2-day reset instead. You control the balance.
  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop & hook loads and no forced dispatch - less dock time, more drive time, and routes you actually want to run.
  • Late-model equipment built for comfort. Drive automatic Freightliner Cascadias equipped with power inverters and refrigerators, so you can stay comfortable and productive on the road.
Benefits and Perks
  • Comprehensive coverage from day one. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available, plus a 401(k) and free company stock to help you build for the future.
  • Paid vacation and time off. Take the time you've earned with paid vacation built into your package.
  • Get paid to get started. Earn $250 orientation pay plus $250 transition pay* as you get up and running with TDC.
  • Bring the whole crew. Pet and rider policies available so the road feels a little more like home.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Driver Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 6+ months verifiable driving experience
