Job description

KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Chicago, IL at Parkview Towers who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

  • Property management experience
  • Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 Property experience
  • Preferred certifications -TCS & COS
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Budgeting experience
  • Customer service mindset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
