Job description

Your Tasks
  • Driving offline product portfolio end-to-end as an individual contributor
  • Full ownership of audience extension, retargeting, and affiliate advertising across major platforms
  • Execution of product pilots for Out-of-Home products, including testing, training, taxonomies, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement
  • Translation of business goals into clear product requirements and operational standards in collaboration with Tax, Analytics, Legal, Sales, and local market teams
  • Management of local and global stakeholder alignment on shared standards, support local implementations, and ad-tech business questions
  • Planning, organization, and facilitation of workshops, enablement sessions, and stakeholder discussions for diverse business audiences
  • Lead responsibility for cross-functional stakeholder management, including product, engineering, and marketing teams, with a focus on delivery progress and outcomes
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for AdTech topics, partner platforms, and technical issue resolution
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and implementation of scalable solutions for roadmap execution
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in digital advertising, Retail Media, AdTech, campaign operations or platform/account management
  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more advertising platforms such as Google DV360, Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube or Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of AdTech infrastructure including pixels, tagging, tracking, taxonomy setup, audience segmentation, audience sharing and campaign measurement
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, campaign operations and data-driven marketing
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to independently drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders and markets
  • Experience organizing and facilitating workshops, enablement sessions and stakeholder discussions
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Analytics, Sales) and with international stakeholders supporting local market implementations
  • Ability to structure, present and communicate complex topics, standards and operational initiatives clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong ownership mentality
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
