Kelly Services is hiring a Digital Asset Manager / Digital Content Manager for a Local Higher Education/College to help organize, improve, and maintain thousands of digital files, documents, images, videos, and marketing assets for a growing organization.
If you've worked in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management, Library Science, Records Management, Marketing Operations, Knowledge Management, Information Management, or Digital Archives, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do

  • Organize and maintain digital assets including images, videos, documents, and marketing content
  • Create and manage metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and file organization standards
  • Improve search functionality so users can quickly locate digital assets
  • Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Assist with content migrations, file cleanup, and repository organization
  • Develop documentation, workflows, and best practices
  • Train users on digital asset organization and content standards
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, Creative, and IT teams

We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
