Position Overview
The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning functions of the organization. This role will involve managing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing strategic tax advice to optimize the company's tax position.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns.
  • Oversee tax compliance processes and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding tax-related issues.
  • Conduct research on tax regulations and stay updated on changes relevant to the industry.
  • Assist in tax audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Master's prefered) 
  • CPA certification is required.
