Role Overview

Lead the future of Physical AI and intelligent robotics at Tata Electronics. We are seeking a visionary leader to architect and scale our robotics and Physical AI partner ecosystem, while driving the development of advanced robotics applications for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. Solutions will span AMRs, Cobots, Quadrupeds, and Humanoids, integration with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks where required by manufacturing use cases.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Physical AI and intelligent robotics in alignment with Tata Electronics’ long‑term vision.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across robotics, AI, and automation domains.
  • Drive innovation in intelligent automation across semiconductor and electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Build and manage a partner ecosystem, collaborating closely with technology partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end robotics solution design, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven track record in advanced robotics, AI, and the convergence of physical and agentic AI for autonomous systems in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.
  • 15+ years of experience shaping robotics strategy and leading high‑performing, cross‑functional engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in robotics hardware, software, and complex system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to push boundaries in intelligent automation and Physical AI applications.
  • Advanced degree in Robotics, AI, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
