Yes& is looking for an Atlanta based Account Director who will be a senior-level leader at our agency and the front-line relationship-builder with two of our largest, most integrated clients at Yes&. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of fully integrated campaigns and marketing programs. You are a strategic thinker, organizer, taskmaster, dot-connector, and effective communicator who will go above and beyond to create the strongest client relationships and ensure the highest quality work is delivered on time and on budget. You oversee the strategic and executional aspects of our integrated campaigns and hold yourself accountable for the successful development and completion of what our clients need from us as we help them solve their toughest challenges. You effectively oversee project budgets and financial reporting and manage junior/mid-level staff on the account team in a way that inspires them to do their best work.   

What you will do:
  • Lead fully integrated marketing communications campaigns across every step of the strategic, executional, and measurement process
  • Spearhead the development of management, marketing, and communications plans for clients
  • Oversee the workflow, ensuring flawless coordination with our agency team, vendors, and clients
  • Lead complex assignments, delivering the highest-quality work, on time and on budget
  • Drive all aspects of our agency team’s contributions across every internal department
  • Ensure specs, budgets, work plans, and resource planning are done consistently and correctly.
  • Provide senior-level leadership throughout the integrated campaign development process – strategic planning, research, messaging, creative and content development, production, measurement, and tracking
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and guide them to make smart decisions
  • Lead the development of project budgets and financial reporting to ensure the financial correctness and success of each client relationship
  • Lead by example, setting a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work

Experience/Skills You Need:
  • 10 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing/agency environment
  • Based in the Atlanta area required for this role
  • Expertise in integrated marketing campaign development across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Experience managing large-scale digital and video projects
  • B2B marketing and communications experience required
  • Experience working within or supporting the hospital system industry and/or financial services industry strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communications skills – verbal and written – that establish you as a strong leader with sound judgement and a clear point of view
  • Resourceful problem-solver, able to deliver under any circumstances
  • Constructive collaborator with experience leading internal creative, social, digital, media, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
