  • 3+ years of experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager.
  • 3+ years of hands on development experience with JAVA, J2EE Spring, Hibernate, REST/SOAP Web Services is a must.
  • Hands on experience in business rules discovery, rules harvesting and rule development in ODM.
  • Hands on experience in designing and building Domain Models, Java Execution Models and Business Object Models for Business Rules and events Applications
  • Hands on experience in authoring, testing, publishing and deploying business rules into Decision Center Business Console and Enterprise Console, Decision Server/Rule Execution Server (RES).
  • Hands on experience in testing and simulating rule in Decision Validation services and leveraging Decision Warehouse.
  • Hands on experience in ODM API's.
  • Web services and other J2EE development and integrations
  • Experience with Continuous Integration build, preferably with Jenkins
  • Hands on with Maven
  • Experienced in object oriented design and modeling in Unified Modeling Language (UML).
  • Knowledge on DB2
