We are seeking a dynamic taskmaster and goal-oriented Sales Specialist to run the sales efforts at our Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Century City/Beverly Hills. This role will focus on responding to business travel, group, catering, and extended stay business requests. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an understanding of hotel sales, exhibit exceptional initiative and resourcefulness, and a passion for impressive customer service.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of hotel sales department and/or front desk experience with Marriott background.
• A self-starter with initiative, drive, and passion who is goal-oriented.
• Exceptional cross-departmental communication and organizational skills.
• Strong client relationship and service skills.
• Proficiency in Marriott systems, including Stay PMS (Fosse), OneSource, Empower, MINT, MDash, Delphi, Agency360+, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
