• Experience managing, installing, upgrading FileNet in an on prem environment
• Expert at setting up and configuring taxonomy, document classes, repositories
• Knowledgeable about FileNet security levels (document, doc class, practice groups etc)
• Experience using and implementing IER
• Experience integrating with 3P vendors like Iron Mountain, Crown
• Knowledgeable on retention plan management, disposition cycles, customizations in IER
• Knowledgeable in customizing disposition process to meet business needs
• Experience integrating FileNet instance with custom applications as well as with 3P applications like Box, etc using standard connectors
• Experience with DataCap and OCR capabilities in FileNet
