Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for multilingual professionals experienced in call evaluation, transcription, language review, pronunciation assessment, and structured audio quality workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured call review, multilingual transcription, pronunciation and fluency assessment, audio quality evaluation, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their language expertise to review scripted or semi-structured calls, evaluate speech quality, complete transcription tasks, follow detailed scoring guidelines, and support accurate, consistent multilingual review workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Call Evaluation & Speech Quality Review

  • Review scripted or semi-structured calls in the assigned language
  • Evaluate pronunciation, prosody, phrasing, fluency, and overall call quality against provided guidelines
  • Identify deviations from standard accent, expected speech patterns, and language-specific pronunciation norms
  • Apply consistent scoring criteria across call review tasks

Transcription & Language Accuracy

  • Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently in the assigned language
  • Review audio content for linguistic accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency
