Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and review outpatient medical dictations with high accuracy.

  • Meet daily and weekly production targets for turnaround times.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies.

  • Use specialized transcription software and secure EHR systems.

  • Prepare and submit accurate medical reports in required formats.

  • Verify patient demographics and chart details prior to transcription.

  • Flag irregular or missing information and request clarifications promptly.
