About the Role

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are key? We're looking for a native English Speaker to join our team as an English Transcription Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in the early stages of content localization for MrBeast, ensuring transcripts are ready for global distribution.

As an English Transcription Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing transcripts for video content. Your work will directly support the dubbing studios that localize content into multiple languages. Precision and quick turnaround are essential, as your transcripts will serve as the foundation for global translations.

You'll work closely with MrBeast content and CreatorGlobal Leadership, serving as the first key point in the dubbing process.

What You'll Do
  • Create and edit accurate and high-quality English transcripts for video content.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule and deliver transcripts within 2 hours of video delivery.
  • Manage transcription tasks using transcription program Sonix and Adobe Premiere.
  • Work closely with MrBeast Production teams and CreatorGlobal Leadership to streamline the process and deliver transcripts that form the basis for global translations.
  • This is a contract position that calls for weekly availability between 8pm-12am ET with opportunities to support ad-hoc projects averaging 2-10 hours/week.
What We're Looking For
  • Native English speaker.
  • MrBeast Superfan – you know the content, the creators, and the current trends.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings, (weekdays occasionally) and are able to start on transcription tasks immediately.
  • Familiarity with transcription software such as Sonix, ElevenLabs, or and/or editing softwares like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Entry-level to 1-2 years of experience in transcription or a similar role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and fast turnaround times.
  • Attention to detail and reliability in delivering consistent, quality work.
