A leading transportation and logistics company in the Chattanooga area is seeking 2 Seasonal Daytime Tracking Representatives to join its team. In this role, you'll monitor shipments, communicate directly with drivers, update tracking information, and identify and escalate issues that could impact on-time delivery.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, focused, and comfortable with structured, task-oriented work.


What You'll Do

  • Track and trace shipments to ensure they are progressing on schedule
  • Communicate directly with drivers and carriers by phone to obtain current locations and shipment updates
  • Perform check calls throughout the shipment lifecycle
  • Accurately enter driver and shipment updates into the tracking system
  • Identify and escalate late or at-risk shipments
  • Communicate shipment updates to internal teams, customers, and carriers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems
  • Work through assigned lists of shipments and follow each load through delivery
