Description

Tyto Athene is seeking a Project Manager to work with physical security professionals in the design, engineering, installation, testing, and maintenance of physical security systems and the associated infrastructure supporting designated Navy facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical security development & installation projects adhering to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage work and deliverables as defined by the task performance work statements (PWS).
  • Develop project WBS and schedules to guide project completion.
  • Lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Track and analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support and track procurement activities (including purchase requisitions) ensuring timely delivery of materials/tools in support of task orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and Tyto Supply Chain to obtain competitive quotes in support of task orders.
  • Manage the activities of the project team.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and at least four (4) years of experience in electronic security systems and automated information systems.
  • In lieu of the above degree, the candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in system/hardware design, electrical engineering, and integration/testing of electronic systems, and at least six (6) years of experience in electronic security systems and automated information systems.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Working ability with MS suite of products (MS Work, Excel, Project)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, Intrusion Detection and video surveillance/recording equipment/systems design, evaluation, testing, installation, and maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with the customer and all stakeholders.
  • PMI PMP is a plus.

Clearance:

  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility w/ ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
