The Machine Service Manager will primarily handle administrative tasks associated with machine services, including scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, inventory management, and reporting. This role focuses on backend coordination rather than hands-on technical repairs, supporting a team of technicians and ensuring seamless machine lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in data management, and experienced in administrative processes within a technical or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule machine maintenance, inspections, and service appointments; coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients to minimize downtime and ensure timely execution.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of machine histories, service logs, warranties, and repair reports using digital systems (e.g., CMMS software like SAP); prepare and update service contracts and compliance documents.
