SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: Under the supervision of the management of the residences, the Human Resources Technician is responsible for the complete staffing cycle, the updating of employee files and the management of occupational health and safety in the two residences. TASKS: Manage the pay cycle, in collaboration with managers and the administrative assistant (schedule, timesheets, vacations, etc.); Manage the complete cycle of the staffing process in order to meet the different recruitment needs of our residences. Participate in the annual performance appraisal process for managers and employees Open and update files for all group employees Represent the company in external recruitment activities when necessary Contribute to the improvement and development of HR tools and policies already in place; Ensure the monitoring of training activities (law 90); Ensure the effective use of processes related to HR programs / policies; Act as a resource person for managers and employees in the areas under their responsibility; Perform all other tasks related to human resources functions.
