Position Summary
The Banking Administrative supports customer and management team by providing helpful information, answering and distributing important emails, managing work order request, and acing as a liaison between MBM management and Major Chain Customer Accounts. Will also provide backup support to all administrative duties.
Principle Accountabilities:
  • Answers inbound request via phone, emails from customers, staff and other.
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive company image.
  • Manages major chain accounts administrative task within Operations and work force management software.
  • Coordinates scheduling of inbound work request and completion of work with Operations Managers and Area Managers.
  • Collects information of work request to maintain logs up to date, workforce software and completes billing in a timely manner.
  • Reviews and maintains updated AR Aging reports for chain accounts.
  • Maintains updated logs of all contracted work for accounts.
  • Performs administrative tasks in support of Office Manager.

Position Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with working in an office environment and possess the following skills: At least 5 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST.
  • Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding of business.
  • Self-directed, proactive, eager to learn.
  • Desires a long term partnership.
  • MUST demonstrate proficiency with the use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office software with minimal training, emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
