What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks

  • Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
  • Ensures the safety of guests and team members during adventures
  • Responsible for the over cleanliness of the facility
  • Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
  • On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situation
  • Additional duties may be assigned

The Nitty Gritty

  • Knowledge of fly fishing and biking preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Hospitality experience a plus
