Key Responsibilities for the Chief Engineer. Hotel Maintenance or Hotel Engineer include:
Maintenance and Repairs
  • Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators).
  • Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.

Facility Operations

Safety and Compliance

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Chief Engineer, Maintenance or Hotel Engineer includes:

  • Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as elevators and fire safety equipment.
