Key Areas of Responsibility

Promote Lifesaving Solutions

  • Conduct impactful demos and product presentations to OEM apparatus builders and their key customers.
  • Position TFT's innovative products as the top choice for fire service professionals and OEM partners.

Build Authentic Relationships

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEM customers, creating awareness of TFT as the premier partner for water flow delivery solutions.
  • Engage with customers, distributors, and industry partners in meaningful ways, participating in key industry events, associations, and customer engagements.

Drive Growth & Results

  • Effectively pursue market share expansion and achieve target goals in revenue and engagement within the OEM (apparatus builder) market.
  • Develop and negotiate business agreements, converting them into profitable revenues while ensuring a seamless sales process end-to-end.
  • Create and execute an effective OEM business plan for growth, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Identify and initiate new product ideas unique to the OEM market to maintain TFT's position as an industry leader.

Deliver Training & Support

  • Facilitate effective technical product and service training programs for OEM sales personnel and their key customers.
  • Coordinate the flow of information in support of the sales process, including forecasting, discounting, order processing, logistics, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality personnel to meet OEM customer requirements such as on-time delivery, quality, and supplier scorecard KPIs.

Communicate & Report

  • Effectively communicate progress, business strategies, target achievements, and OEM successes to the Domestic Segment General Manager.
  • Provide TFT with market intelligence, identify opportunities, and develop engagement plans to cultivate strong business relationships across all levels of the OEM customer's organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required (business or engineering discipline preferred).
  • Residency in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Florida is preferred, but applicants from other locations will also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B or technical sales experience, with demonstrated success working with Original Equipment Manufacturers strongly preferred.
  • Fire service knowledge or hands-on experience a plus.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn firefighting equipment (nozzles, monitors, water flow appliances, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills—clear, respectful, and professional across diverse audiences and all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain focus on mission-driven outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as business needs require, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
