The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. Within theStore Experience, Visual Merchandisingteam, there is an opportunity to design and deliverTarget'sin store experience to position us as America's favorite discovery destination. AsaVisual MerchPartner, you willsupportholistic in-storepresentationsfor division cycle work.You will implement cyclical presentations and division initiatives based on cyclebriefand concepts whilemaintainingStore Experience'sstrategy and brand presentation standards.You willprepare forleader alignment by supporting physical and digitalbuild-outsto ensure that all product and signage are accounted forand set.You will translate the most common layout to all versionsin order toscale successfully.You will supportsignage needs inclusive of price sign details andphoto production needs, including sample coordination.Youmay also be asked to support division-specificprojectsthatoccur off-cycle.

You will partnerwith yourpresentationCFT to ensure successful delivery of your work.You will create& maintainstrong working relationships withkeystakeholdersand leaders.

About You

  • Four-year degree inVisual Merchandising,Marketing,Designor equivalent experience

  • 2-4years relevantretail,visualmerchandisingand/or marketingexperience

  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Smartsheet

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
