Location: Trillium Place Compensation: $24.00 to $26.00 / hourly
Current Opening:
  • Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) - Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • This position may include rotating weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures, provides staff supervision, and performs various housekeeping tasks to ensure Tandem Living maintains a high standard of cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry and cleaning standards, with a preference for candidates who have at least three years of related experience.
  • Valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Creates and maintains monthly schedules for all team members, incorporating PTO, weekends, days off, holidays, and other scheduling needs. Updates weekend and holiday rotation schedules, as well as schedules for cleaning residents' apartments, villas, and common areas.
  • Updates and maintains documentation for all team members, including but not limited to PTO requests, call-off reports, and payroll records.
  • Trains and orients new staff, providing hands-on guidance for 4-8 weeks or longer as needed. Maintains daily documentation of all training activities and submits completed training paperwork at the end of the training or probationary period.
  • Conducts random housekeeping audits twice per month for each staff member to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Addresses resident, guest, and staff suggestions or concerns, ensuring timely follow-through until each matter is resolved or implemented. Returns resident calls the same day or within 24 hours/the next business day.
