Your Mission...
As a TBE Consultant, you are the key project manager and advisor for Taleo Business Edition consulting engagements with RecruitingDash clients. As such, you will be responsible for delivering against all commitments as detailed in the customer-specific statement of work, all while driving the ultimate success of the client. Our Consultants routinely manage multiple concurrent engagements with different customers.
You will deliver the most efficient and effective solutions to RecruitingDash clients.

  • We will train you on everything you need to know in terms of Taleo and functional recruiting knowledge...but previous knowledge of recruitment, HR, or Taleo Business Edition is an added bonus.

What You Will Do...
  • Help customers get the most value from the Taleo Business Edition system - through a well-executed implementation or thoughtful reconfigurations to existing systems.
  • Efficiently and effectively reconfigure Taleo Business Edition to reflect customer authorized changes and a best-practice setup of Taleo.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and webex in order to complete additional discovery or clarification required to optimize Taleo; you will evaluate communication options and choose the more efficient option to resolve issues.
  • You may provide end-user training on best practices and correct Taleo utilization via the web or phone.
  • Effectively plan and prioritize work across multiple clients to complete required deliverables on time and efficiently.
  • Manage all aspects of the QA process with clients; assist with identifying data discrepancies and / or other potential problem areas related to data integrity.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other desktop applications will be required to do this job.
  • Effectively evaluate and respond to customer service inquiries and questions via email or phone, conducting self-driven research as required to uncover the optimal recommendations for our customers.
  • Continually learn best practices, enhancements, and new-release information for the Taleo products supported.
  • Most work will be done remotely, but some travel may be required from time to time.
