Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS platforms to track candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee orientation programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language].
