As a Senior Manager, you are a senior workforce transformation leader who brings the strategic vision, consulting expertise, and executive presence to help clients solve their most complex workforce reinvention challenges. You lead clients from strategy through execution-shaping how AI, automation, and new ways of working transform roles, skills, operating models, and the employee experience. You build trusted relationships with senior executives, lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, originate and grow client opportunities, and translate workforce reinvention into measurable enterprise value.
The Work:
Shape and lead complex Workforce Reinvention programs, using data, analytics, and human-centered insights to connect workforce transformation to broader Digital, Cloud, AI, enterprise, and functional transformation agendas.
Advise senior client executives on the workforce implications of AI and automation, helping them determine how work, roles, skills, organizational structures, and talent strategies must evolve to deliver business value.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in assessing AI and automation impacts at the role and task level, identifying opportunities for Human + Machine collaboration and defining transformation pathways across the organization and workforce.
Develop enterprise workforce reinvention strategies and roadmaps that articulate future-state roles, skills, workforce models, and ways of working across business functions and the broader enterprise.
Shape AI-enabled operating models that optimize work across human and machine workers, determining where automation and AI can create value while strengthening uniquely human capabilities such as judgment, creativity, collaboration, and complex decision-making.
Partner with Ecosystem Alliance Partners to bring Gen AI, agentic AI, automation, and emerging workforce technologies into differentiated client solutions and transformation programs.
Lead executive-level reinvention conversations, connecting workforce strategy to enterprise priorities including growth, productivity, cost optimization, operating model transformation, workforce capacity, and capability development.
Own senior client relationships and transformation outcomes, serving as a trusted advisor who can navigate ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, manage complex program risks, and move organizations from strategy and analysis into sustained execution.
Shape and lead large-scale change and adoption programs that prepare leaders and employees for new ways of working and enable organizations to successfully manage increasingly blended human-machine workforces.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, creating an inclusive, people-first environment while coaching and mentoring Managers, Consultants, and Analysts and building the next generation of workforce transformation leaders.
Drive business development and growth, identifying and originating new opportunities, shaping solutions and pursuits, leading proposal and SOW development, and presenting differentiated workforce reinvention strategies to senior client executives.
Contribute to the growth and differentiation of the practice through thought leadership, intellectual capital, offering and capability development, market perspectives, recruiting, community leadership, and development of emerging Workforce Reinvention capabilities.

Minimum of 6 years of experience shaping and leading talent strategies, workforce transformation initiatives, and large-scale transformational programs from strategy through implementation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Energy and/or Chemicals & Natural Resources, with demonstrated understanding of the workforce and talent challenges impacting these industries.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams spanning Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations/Outsourcing, and client organizations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI and automation technologies-including Gen AI, agentic AI, RPA, and intelligent automation-and their application to workforce transformation, work redesign, skills, and operating model transformation.
Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and building trusted client relationships, with the ability to translate complex workforce challenges into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements, including responsibility for teams, workplans, deliverables, financial performance, executive stakeholder management, risk management, and successful client outcomes.
Demonstrated experience contributing to business development and practice growth, including opportunity identification and shaping, proposal development, solutioning, client presentations, and expansion of existing relationships.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Bonus points if:
Experience across related disciplines such as Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Employee Experience, Transformational Change Management, Culture Change, Organization Design, and/or Agile Organization Development.
MBA or graduate-level degree in Business, Organization Development, Human Capital, or a related field.
Experience leading enterprise AI adoption, workforce reinvention, organizational change for automation, or Human + Machine operating model transformations.
Experience developing thought leadership, market perspectives, offerings, methodologies, or intellectual capital related to workforce reinvention, talent, AI, or the Future of Work.
Experience originating or expanding consulting relationships and contributing to sales and revenue growth.
Proficiency with workforce analytics and data visualization applications such as Tableau and Power BI.
Fluency with AI-enabled capabilities such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, including practical application of prompting and context design to workforce and talent use cases.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for C-suite audiences.
