The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills. It combines impactful roles with program curriculum to ready program graduates to be the future pipeline for crucial business roles. The program allows you to rotate through three one-year rotations to develop your skillset and find your passions. Potential rotations include Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, Product Development and others. To supplement the rotations, participants go through technical, business, and leadership training taught by subject matter experts. Program members get frequent exposure to senior business leaders and experience working directly with our customers. You must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the US for program assignments.
  • Willingness to work in a shop environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary rate for this role is currently $76,500–$84,250. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Benefits include health, welfare, retirement, and annual bonus if eligible. More information on benefits is available at mywabtecbenefits.com.
