Summary:
ValidaTek is searching for a Program Manager to oversee an IT infrastructure program that provides a common view for all enterprise-wide capabilities, supported by structured processes, priorities, knowledge sharing, and focus on performance management. This program provides our customer clear lines of accountability and will drive execution. The Program Manager has ultimate responsibility for the strategic vision and successful delivery of the program with frequent communication to the customer and ValidaTek leadership. This role also has fiduciary responsibility for revenue generation and will provide leadership that motivates and rewards team members for outstanding performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and manage infrastructure operations supporting a 24x7x365 enterprise IT environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead and oversee technical teams to ensure successful program execution and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all security requirements and regulations governing classified environments.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and deliverables to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with government representatives, contracting officers, and project teams to support mission objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership, resource planning, and operational oversight across program activities.
  • Support program requirements through occasional CONUS travel as directed by the contracting officer and contracting office.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of program management experience with 5+ of those years in a DoD environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and management projects/operations in an organization similar in size to the work being done for the customer.
  • Demonstrated experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
  • All candidates must have PMP certification.
  • All candidates must have ITIL Foundations certification as well as DoD 8570 IAM level II certification.
  • All candidates must have a current TS clearance and be SCI eligible.
  • Al candidate must have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with a master's degree preferred.

Salary Disclosure
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
