About the Role
This role focuses on program and product leadership, driving end-to-end delivery and Agile execution across cross-functional teams. Leads digital transformation initiatives including web/mobile, AI, cloud, analytics, and enterprise modernization. Drives customer-centric innovation, strategic roadmaps, KPIs, and business outcomes while partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Job Title: Technical ProgramManager
  • Define and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product and program lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while driving Agile ceremonies and execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving web and mobile applications, customer portals, voice and chatbot platforms, AI-enabled solutions, analytics platforms, enterprise modernization, and cloud migration.
  • Drive customer-centric product development through Design Thinking, customer research, journey mapping, usability testing, persona development, and digital experience optimization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs and initiatives, coordinating Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and monitor program KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, business value, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align investments with strategic priorities and present product roadmaps, business cases, status updates, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation, improve customer engagement, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$180k/annum. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
