We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience across our conservation-focused properties. This is more than recruiting - it's about being a trusted partner, a brand ambassador, and a champion for people and culture.

What You Will Do as a Talent Partner
As a Talent Partner, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple Foundation properties, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a positive, mission-aligned candidate experience. You'll screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and manage hiring systems, compliance requirements, and offer preparation. You'll also play a key role in onboarding by coordinating orientations, leading welcome communications, and supporting new hires and leaders through the first 90 days. Throughout the process, you'll help maintain job documentation, improve recruiting and onboarding practices, and serve as a trusted HR partner who supports people, culture, and engagement.
