We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team!
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own all facets of the recruiting life cycle and be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This individual will collaborate closely with our HR and Leadership teams to understand hiring needs and build a targeted sourcing plan.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all recruitment and screening efforts, including the attraction of design engineering professionals and administrative staff.
  • Proactively assess departmental needs for current projects by partnering with hiring leaders in each region and division.
  • Owns the talent acquisition lifecycle: Recruit and screen candidates, review resumes and job applications, coordinates interviews, and extends employment offers.
  • Builds sourcing pipeline for key positions, including posting on websites and searching LinkedIn, Indeed, and other resources.
  • Participates in key talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop strategies for university recruitment such as university career fairs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Stays current with talent acquisition industry best practices and makes recommendations to enhance internal processes.
  • Actively participates in professional networking groups, job fairs, and other recruiting events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of corporate talent acquisition experience (or equivalent combination of education and prior experience) preferred.
  • Experience with outbound recruiting outreach including email, Linkedin Inmail, and phone outreach.
  • Familiarity with multiple applicant tracking systems. Experience with NetChex NetRecruiter preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Operates with high integrity and in compliance with state laws & regulations pertaining to business and employment.
  • Previous AEC industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of an ESOP is preferred.
