We are currently looking for an AVP, Talent Acquisition to join our team.

Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, the AVP, Talent Acquisition leads initiatives to optimize the day-to-day function of the Talent Acquisition team, directly manages recruitment for leadership roles across the organization, and supports projects designed to streamline and improve processes within the Talent Acquisition team.  Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition processes and workflows to ensure timely and effective sourcing and selection of talent, as well as compliance, data integrity, reporting, and related metrics.

The AVP, Talent Acquisition will be skilled in building partnerships, creative in sourcing for hard-to-find skill sets and have a history of delivering results. Success in this role requires balancing planning with execution, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and solid business acumen. Project management, prioritization, and leadership abilities are also essential.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years’ progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with direct experience managing sourcing and selection of talent.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred; experience recruiting across multiple domains (Finance, IT, Sales) required.
  • Successful experience managing internal clients across multiple lines of business and a geo-dispersed workforce.
  • 1–2 years’ experience leading teams, including resource allocation, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience defining processes and implementing workflows.
  • Strong compliance orientation and experience implementing quality measures and controls.
  • Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing ATS platforms; UltiPro/UKG experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Effective management skills including training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Collaborative and consultative work style.
  • Ability to manage and lead change; agile and adaptable.
  • Client-focused with strong execution and results orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation 

  • The hiring range for this position is between $145,000.00 and $160,000.00
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
