The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible to assist in training and development for staff members within the revenue cycle (Case Management, Call Team & Liaison) department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Aid in training all new hires of the organization on software systems, Standard Operating Procedures, and equipment product knowledge
  • Assist in employee competency evaluations, employee tracking and reporting
  • Track and report on training completion and additional needs
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation to include working with hiring manager on new hire training plan
  • Work closely with all staff via ongoing shadowing to identify areas needing improvement or better understanding of processes. Communicate training needs to Manager of Talent Development for appropriate action to be performed
  • Aid in increasing individual performance and revenue generation through individual and monthly group training sessions.
  • Assist with building and maintaining updated training material for online training platform specifically for all staff
  • Develop and implement continual professional training and growth plans for all staff aligned with roles and department objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high impact learning programs that reinforce MSC Standards
  • Analyze staff performance alongside department management and Talent Development to discover processes in need of revision.
  • Assist with call monitoring of all Team members and provide further coaching
  • Track and report on training attendance
  • Other Duties as assigned specific to general staff
Qualifications:
Education: College degree preferred. High school diploma required
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience with home medical equipment/ sleep supply preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare field operations, including payer regulation and compliance.
  • Customer orientated with strong communication and mentoring skills, including interpersonal communication in a group and one on one setting.
  • Organizational skills required.
  • TEAM player with optimistic outlook.
  • Ability to analyze reports.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Technical skills a plus
