Day to day as a District Manager
CC's Coffee House is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead and inspire our coffee shop teams. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our customer-focused culture, ensuring excellence in every cup and every guest interaction. REQUIREMENTS

  • Conduct performance appraisals providing clear, constructive, and genuine feedback.
  • Communicate openly and positively with the team through visits, store meetings and training materials.
  • Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
  • Report guest or team member incidents in accordance with company policies.
  • Inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm greetings, sincere engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Provide functional expertise. Access external resources to support district operations. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. Solicit customer feedback. Use management tools and reports to address trends.
  • Supervise guest service and resolve concerns promptly with care and professionalism.
  • Direct Managers in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Uphold and enforce CC's policies, procedures, and standards with fairness and consistency.
