We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate about talent acquisition and creates an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple priorities from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to recruiting events, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative support. We're looking for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys collaborating with others.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and recruit candidates for entry-level Financial Advisors (IXP), career changers, experienced Financial Advisors (EXP), and corporate staff positions based on organizational hiring needs.
• Coordinate and execute Welcome Week, ensuring a professional and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination for the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring qualified candidates move efficiently through the interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the FirmOS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking candidate activity and progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate and maintain the recruiting events calendar, including networking events, college career fairs, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage candidate communications, interview logistics, and recruitment administration to provide organized and exceptional candidate experience.
• Support ongoing recruiting initiatives, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development to help meet organizational hiring goals.
• Prepare recruiting reports and provide updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, and hiring metrics as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient, organized, and consistent recruitment process from initial sourcing through onboarding.
• Coordinate weekly or bi-weekly Development & Marketing meetings, including scheduling, communications, and logistical support.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished, and service-oriented approach.
• Experience coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technology preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with a genuine interest in creating exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience coordinating recruiting events, career fairs, campus recruiting, or networking events is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, and professional development, with a desire to grow a career within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
