Overview
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic advisor responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for critical leadership positions in the Retail and Contracts teams. In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Retail, and Contracts operational leaders, this role develops and executes recruitment strategies aligned with GGW's current and future business needs, including workforce planning, proactive pipeline development, community partnerships, employer branding, and leadership succession. The position anticipates talent needs, advises hiring leaders on recruitment data and labor market insights, and builds sustainable pipelines of qualified leadership talent to support new store openings, contract expansions, and long-term growth. This position is responsible for behaving in accordance with divisional and organizational RISE values and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for Contracts and Retail leadership positions, including Project and Assistant Project Managers, as well as Assistant and General Managers.
2. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical Contracts and Retail leadership positions to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement innovative strategic recruitment plans that support current and future workforce needs, growth, succession planning, and operational objectives.
4. Establish new and leverage existing community partnerships by attending networking events, career fairs, community events, and other recruitment events to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract top leadership talent.
5. Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and qualification assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities and organizational fit.
6. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent availability data, compensation trends, and recruitment recommendations that support hiring decisions.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment efforts for new store openings, new service contracts, and organizational growth initiatives.
3. Stay current on emerging talent acquisition trends, workforce challenges, sourcing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness in nonprofit retail.
4. Support organizational diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives by developing recruitment strategies that expand outreach and attract diverse leadership talent pools.
5. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization's talent acquisition and workforce planning objectives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant recruiting experience in retail/multi-site retail, grocery, hospitality, similar customer-facing environments, or high-volume recruitment for leadership roles in a staffing agency.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, job boards, referral, and market research.
3. Demonstrated success developing partnerships with workforce development agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, professional associations, employer branding initiatives, and other external talent sources.
4. Experience supporting new store openings, expansion initiatives, or large-scale retail hiring projects.
5. Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
6. Ability to interpret recruitment metrics, talent market data, and hiring trends to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
7. Ability to travel throughout the assigned geographic region to support retail and contracts locations, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community partnerships.
8. Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Professional recruiting certifications such as AIRS or SHRM certification.
2. Multilingual with complete fluency in English.
