Key Performance Objectives

  • Proactively source and identify qualified talent through LinkedIn and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization.
  • Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions.
  • Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the HR department.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting research, or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or a willingness to quickly learn.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Education & Experience
