Job description

Lincare is the nation's leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our hybrid team at Corporate Headquarters.

The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity.
  • Review and input information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, E-screen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers
  • Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files
  • Aid in onboarding of new hires/transfers to include:
    • System administration and interactions with candidates via email and phone
    • Support with creating and extending offer letters to internal and external candidates
    • Respond to inquiries from managers regarding status of candidates
  • Process background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerprinting, and/or additional state required screenings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent observation and perception
  • Strong understanding of employment laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor

Education and Experience:
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous employment
    • Human Resources with emphasis in recruiting or onboarding is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field, preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED, required

Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
