Impellam Group is seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter who has experience sourcing and engaging candidates and is looking to further develop their skills in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support hiring across multiple business functions, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent. This position will play a key role in candidate sourcing, screening, relationship management, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of business functions
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment activities
  • Provide regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiting projects, talent mapping initiatives, and process improvement efforts


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition or staffing/agency recruiting environment
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage passive candidates
  • Experience conducting candidate screenings and managing candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment best practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for sales, customer success, professional services, corporate, or STEM-focused roles
  • Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and concurrent requisitions
  • Experience with sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach
