Talent Acquisition SpecialistWhat You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring teams while supporting critical recruiting and HR operations.

Recruiting Operations & Candidate Experience
  • Coordinate recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting and related talent acquisition systems
  • Manage job requisitions, postings, candidate workflows, and offer requests
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate data
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling logistics for candidates and hiring managers
  • Monitor and manage the Talent Acquisition shared inbox
  • Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
  • Help promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, university recruiting, and social media engagement
Onboarding & Pre-Employment
  • Assist with offer preparation and pre-employment activities
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Track screening results and communicate updates to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Administer new hire onboarding, including offer letters, paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system setup
  • Ensure every new hire receives a professional and welcoming onboarding experience
HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records within the HRIS, including hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations
  • Process employee data changes and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
  • Assist with leave of absence tracking and administration
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and documentation
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, applicant tracking requirements, pay transparency regulations, and record retention practices

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
  • Associate degree
  • Experience with UKG (ATS or HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting multi-state recruiting and/or HR operations
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, or similar sourcing platforms
  • Experience with HRIS systems and general HR administration
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting employer branding, university recruiting, or campus initiatives

Work Environment

This position is onsite during training and offers the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week after six months. The team collaborates in-office on Wednesdays, with additional in-office days offering flexibility. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
