Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $36.00 per hour. IMMEDIATE NEED, 2 positions available.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through candidate selection and onboarding support.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates across various functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

  • Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports that support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

  • Maintain consistent recruiting practices while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 5+  years of corporate recruiting experience with responsibility for full cycle hiring.

  • Demonstrate ability to source evaluate and interview candidates across multiple skill levels and disciplines.

  • Possess strong knowledge of recruiting practices employment regulations and talent acquisition methods.

  • Use applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively to manage recruiting activities.

  • Communicate confidently with senior leaders while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
