How you will make history here...
Under limited supervision, this position is a coordinator responsible to develop, implement and support HR initiatives in partnership with plant leadership. This position is accountable to support a broad continuum of Human Resources accountabilities including but not limited to positive employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, compensation administration and benefits administration.

What you will do...
* Drive uniform inventory management program with uniform vendor. Track the employee flow both in and out of the program. Serve as the contact with uniform vendor.
* Support Plant Job bidding system and set up and conduct hourly job interviews.
* Provide certain administrative support to the department surrounding HRIS system, FMLA administration, and leave administration, Affirmative Action Plans and employee files.
* Partner with leadership to support positive employee relations through proactive communications, consistent application of policies and procedures, development and implementation of employee-centered events as well as frequent interactions with employees at all levels of the organization.
* Provide local support of company-provided benefits, disability programs, wellness programs and related initiatives.
* Work in a team-oriented manner to meet all HR metrics surrounding turnover, time-to-fill, management by walking around, communication, people development and timely complaint resolution.

Who you will work with...
* Schedule and interview during times of mass hiring with the understanding of the operational departments and jobs for hourly positions.
* Assist with compliance activities by identifying FMLA, PPL, and Disability-qualifying requests for leave, guiding through third party vendor, and tracking leaves when needed.
* Lead talent acquisition activities including recruiting and new hire orientations in support of full-time and temporary hourly positions to ensure a talented workforce is acquired and maintained.
* Support talent development activities including the hourly employee performance management process and other specified training and development programs to ensure appropriate levels of employee development and engagement.
* Support administration of hourly wage program to ensure compensation program is competitively positioned to attract, motivate and retain a talented workforce.

What you bring to the table (must haves)...
* Associate's degree required.
* 3 years of relevant experience

* Prior HR experience in a plant or warehouse setting

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$50,800-$69,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
