Temporary Opportunity | $28–$33/hr | Onsite

We’re seeking an experienced recruiting or HR professional to join a team on a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of an extension or permanent opportunity for the right fit. A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration for the permanent position.


This is a great opportunity to jump into a role where you’ll have a direct impact on the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source & attract talent through job postings and proactive recruiting
  • Screen candidates and help identify top talent
  • Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving
  • Manage offers and assist candidates through the offer stage
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps
  • Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
  • Maintain and update position descriptions
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Paycom experience is a plus
  • Higher Education experience is highly desirable
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment


The Details

  • $28–$33/hour
  • Temporary: Approximately 3 months, with potential for extension
  • Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite
